Despite in-house expertise in artificial intelligence, Infobel Pro was looking to improve the accessibility of its huge database.

The challenge was twofold: how to innovate rapidly in an environment with no predefined business case while guaranteeing quality results in line with the company’s high standards.

The goal

Enable developers and users to formulate natural language queries to interact easily with their complex API, without having to wade through exhaustive technical documentation.

Our approach

We collaborated with Infobel Pro to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI solution capable of transforming natural language questions into precise API queries.

In just a few weeks, we demonstrated the effectiveness of agile collaboration between a company with in-house AI expertise and an expert external partner.
