About you

  • Proven work experience in HR or IT recruitment (>2 years)
  • Previous relevant experience recruiting software development roles (>2 years);
  • Experience working in an IT environment
  • Skilled in digital environments (LinkedIn Recruiter Tool, MS Office and Google Suite knowledge and experience is mandatory
  • High level of English, written and spoken
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of methods of recruitment and selection of candidates
  • Enthusiastic behavior and self-starter attitude
  • Innovative approach to solving recruitment challenges
  • Initiative and creativity, attention to detail and accuracy of data
  • Punctuality in performing tasks
  • Thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends – is a plus

About your job

  • Provide end-to-end recruitment process starting with sourcing, phone screening, HR interview, maintaining communication with the candidate and facilitating following interviews, mediating the debrief session at the end of the interviewing process towards a final decision
  • Identify possible candidates by sourcing, using social media channels, job sites and different social media tools
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to leaders and stakeholders as needed
  • Be part of all the stages of the recruitment process: job analysis, profile definition, budgeting, sourcing channels strategy, face to face interviews and assessments, job offers, reporting, including onboarding
  • Maintenance and update of employee data (hire, terminations, vacations, medical leaves, and other absences, etc.)
  • Ensure proper handling of a variety of HR administrative duties within general guidelines
  • Maintain relationship with suppliers (medical, payroll, health & safety, other suppliers as appropriate)
  • Provide constructive and valuable research reports for Recruitment and HR projects
