Anais Digital, a key player in the field of digital transformation, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role is essential to analyze, understand and transform our customers’ business processes in order to align them with their strategic objectives.
Your mission
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for :
- Analyze customers’ business processes in detail to identify improvement opportunities and change requirements.
- Work closely with development teams and stakeholders to convert business requirements into viable technical solutions.
- Organize and conduct workshops with customers to gather feedback and validate proposed requirements and solutions.
- Play an active role in the implementation of solutions, ensuring proper integration of business processes.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation projects.
- Proficiency in business process modeling, with specific competence in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good understanding of project management principles and familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment.
- Sufficient technical skills to communicate effectively with development teams.
We’re looking for a passionate, analytical, solutions-oriented candidate with a strong capacity for analysis and initiative. Significant experience as a Business Analyst is essential, and experience a in BPMN is highly desirable.
