Anais Digital, recognized for its innovative approach to digital transformation, is looking to recruit an experienced Change Manager. This role is essential to support our customers and internal teams in managing the change associated with the implementation of new technologies and processes.
The Change Manager will play a key role in :
- Designing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new digital solutions by end-users.
- Working with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate communication and training plans.
- Monitoring and adjusting change strategies according to user feedback and project progress.
- Promoting a positive change culture and supporting teams in the transition to new processes and systems.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in the digital or IT field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to develop creative and effective change strategies.
- Experience in conducting workshops, training and change awareness sessions.
- Ability to manage resistance to change and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Good understanding of digital transformation processes and associated challenges.
