The Office de la Naissance et de l’Enfance (ONE), the reference body in the French Community for all questions relating to childhood.
Challenge
How to turn “Premiers Pas”, an ONE portal, into an information hub for parents. The aim was to enable them to easily locate various services such as health centers, childcare facilities, homework support and vacation activities, in order to best meet their children’s needs.
The challenge was to create an intuitive, user-friendly interface, where information would not only be centralized, but also easily accessible, organized and relevant to parents.
Our approach
We began by conducting detailed interviews to identify the needs of future parents and parents of children aged 0-18.
The data collected was then structured through a Mental Model, establishing a solid foundation for the project.
As the projet advanced, we added new features such as the ability to search for vacation activities.
Throughout the process, our Change Management team was on hand to ensure adoption.
The result
My.ONE, an interactive and intuitive portal that enables parents and parents-to-be to find activities dedicated to children and parenthood close to home.
